Cancellation Policy
All appointments need at least 24 hour notice for cancellation, per my policy clients will have to pay 50% of their booked service they missed before booking a new service. No shows will be charged 100% of their of their booked service they missed before booking a new service.
If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled (unless we had a prior agreement)
